NEAPMS will refund conference registration, less the NEAPMS membership portion ($40), for cancellations made up to two (2) weeks prior to the event. For cancellations made after this date, NEAPMS will refund registration fees less the NEAPMS membership portion and a $50 late cancellation fee. Illness – If you are feeling symptomatic before or during the conference and cancel, we will refund your registration minus the membership fee ($40).

Registration Cancellation/Illness Policy

Should you need to cancel your Hotel reservations, please note that guest room cancellations must be received within the venues stated cancellation period, less a $15.00 processing fee. Guest room deposit will not be refunded after that date.
