NEAPMS will refund plant camp registration, less the NEAPMS membership portion ($40), for cancellations made up to two (2) weeks prior to the event. For cancellations made after this date, NEAPMS will refund registration fees less the NEAPMS membership portion and a $50 late cancellation fee IF a waitlist registrant can fill the spot.
